Michael D. Murphy is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career with the firm of Arthur Anderson. Michael was also employed as an Assistant Controller at Sunshine Biscuit, a Group Controller for BASF, a Divisional Controller at Pantasote Plastics, and was Vice President and CFO for Mainone Hirscherg & Co., which he took public in 1987. Mike established his first office in Newton in 1989.

Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Currently, he is a member of Rotary International, the Director of Finance for Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha church, and is also on the Advisory Board for Lakeland Bank.  

Dianne Reynics has been a member of Murphy & Company since 1999. She earned her Accounting Degree from Montclair State University and began her career in private accounting. She is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPA's.

Eileen M. Staszak is a CPA licensed in Maryland and New Jersey. She earned her accounting degree from Hofstra University and began her career in public accounting. She later moved into the preparation of Corporate Taxes, working in several industries in various tax related disciplines. These corporations include Armco, Inc., AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Selective Insurance. Her areas of practice and expertise include federal, state, and local income tax, as well as payroll and sales taxes.

Eileen's work experience encompasses tax research, audit support and compliance. She also has a Master of Taxation degree from Seton Hall University. She is also active in various local non-profit community organizations.

Thomas G. Randel is a Certified Public Accountant who joined Murphy & Company in May of 2010.  He has been in the accounting profession for over twenty years. Thomas began his career with Deloitte and his core competencies were auditing manufacturing and Non-profit organizations.  He continued his career in internal audit at International Specialty Products in Wayne, NJ, including three years stationed in Belgium.  Most recently Tom was the CFO of a manufacturing company based in Greenwich, CT.  Tom has a Bachelor's degree from Boston University and an MBA in Accounting from Pace University.
